Deadman’s Pass Trail. From Sedona follow Highway 89 towards Cottonwood.
Make a right on Dry Creek Road. Follow this until it hits a “T” and make a right to go to Long Canyon Trailhead parking lot. The link above has a great map that you should carry when doing this run!
Huckaby Trail. Run starts at the Schnebly Hill Road Trailhead and crosses
Oak Creek. Be prepared to get Wet! Schnebly Hill Road is located just east of Oak Creek, heading north off Highway 179. (Across creek from
Telaquepaque Shopping Center). The trailhead is about ¾ mile up the dirt

Munds Wagon Trail (Click for topo). Begins at Schnebly Hill trailheads,
See Huckaby Trail. Jim Thompson Trail (Click for topo). Begins at Midgely Bridge just north of
Sedona on Highway 89.
Secret Canyon Trailhead – A 6 mile run that takes you to a beautiful slot
canyon with water. Take Highway 89 south through Sedona (or north if coming from Cottonwood). Turn right on Dry Creek Road and drive for two
miles to Forest Road 152. This road is rough, but can be traveled by passenger vehicles. It is not recommended during wet weather. About 3 miles up this road
on the left (west) side of the road is a two-track road. Turn onto this road. There is a trailhead sign at the junction of these two roads. The parking area is approximately 200 feet behind the sign. Marg’s Draw/Submarine Rock and then Chicken Point. Like running on
Slickrock? This 8 mile run is for you! It begins at the Schnebly Hill Road
Trailhead. Schnebly Hill Road is located just east of Oak Creek, heading
north off Highway 179. (Across creek from Telaquepaque Shopping Center). The trailhead is about ¾ mile up the dirt road. Follow Marg’s Draw Trail down to Broken Arrow Road Trailheads.
Wilson
Mountain Trail.
This run begins at Midgely Bridge (west side of
Hwy 89, just north of Sedona). To get there, drive north through
Sedona
and the trailhead is on the north side of the Bridge.
Beaver Creek – Wet Beaver to Bell Crossing - This is a 7 mile run to the
natural sandstone pools in Beaver Creek! Simply take I-17 to the Sedona exit and head east off the ramp (away from Sedona). Follow this paved road about 1.5 miles to the left turn tothe trailhead. The parking lot is another ¼ mile down the dirt road. View

Buddha Beach/Cathedral Rock Trail. Want even more slickrock running?
This is a spectacular run around the base of Cathedral Rock. Take the Sedona exit of I-17 (HWY 179) and head north to the Village of Oak Creek. Make a left across from the Outlet Stores onto the Verde Valley School Road. Follow this until the first Forest Service Parking lot on your left, past the private homes. Cross over the road run down the Baldwin Trailto Buddha Beach.
